After a pretty good joke, the national day has us going off on an odd tangent until the husband gets us back on the travel track. I score a solid D on his challenging Travel Quiz and we evaluate five more states’ number one bucket list destinations (according to one source, anyway). The husband makes a self-correction, leading to a tangent on the Concorde supersonic airliner, and I back up some claims I made last week with some solid proof. We find we are running out of time, so we table Palm Springs talk once again and close with a few findings about travel in this day and age (hint: prices are rising).
