The Travel Architect & The Husband Team Up to Talk About Travel (Mostly)
Podcast episode 57 is available by clicking below. It is also available on iTunes, Pocket Cast, and Spotify under the travel architect.
A lame joke gives way to an even lamer national day. Then the husband rights his alphabetical wrongs by reverting to Asia as the topic of this week’s Travel Quiz. His mood makes him less generous than usual with bonus points, so I’m compelled to take them by force. Later, a listener comment prompts the question: Do people really still iron clothes? Then we discuss the importance of not leaving trash behind in Thailand and most Americans’ unlikelihood of visiting New York state anytime soon, for which we have COVID to thank. We end with the husband gushing effusively over my blog in his best display of blog bullying ever.
Previous blog posts referenced or hinted at in this episode:
I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve ironed clothes in the past 10 years.

What’s an iron? I’m familiar with iron ore, but not a physical iron. Hmm. As for visiting New York, as soon as they’ll have me, I’m there. Gotta get my 2-3 times annual fix soon, and hopefully the Yankees will be allowing fans sometime this summer. I am so ready.

Wow – two or three times a year. Sounds like you’re a little bit addicted. We’re like that with Colorado, though sadly, we can’t go as often as you go to NY.

It’s a quick 2 hour nonstop and I’m there. 15 minute uber into midtown and I’m in heaven.
